Dear Jack,
       I am glad to hear from you.In your letter you asked me
for some advice on how to make friends. In my opinion,
friendship is very important to us all. Everyone needs
friends. To make friends, we must be friendly to others.
Smile at others and we are sure to get a smile in return. We
should try to make a stranger feel at home. Think more of
others than of ourselves and do not judge a person by his or
her appearance.
     When we don't agree with someone,don't quarrel but
discuss with him or her. Besides,never believe in those who
leave us when we are in trouble. Remember:A friend in need
is a friend indeed.
