Dear Ann,
I’m writing to tell you about my opinion on what we can do to save energy for a better future.
If we want to save energy then we need to change the way we behave. On the one hand, we need to buy appliances that are more energy efficient and limit the amount of time we use them. On the other hand, to reduce the effect the greenhouse gases have on our atmosphere, we should plant more trees. As we all know, trees can absorb carbon dioxide and so they help to counter the smoke produced by our cars. What we may also do is to turn off lights even for a few minutes, for good habits can contribute to reducing the negative effects of waste.
In short, if everyone cares about our earth, our efforts will make a difference.
